Four intrepid runners successfully complete the London 10k

On Sunday morning, 12 July a team of four intrepid runners successfully completed the London 10k run to raise money on behalf of the Duchenne Family Support Group (www.dfsg.org.uk) . They all managed the course in or around about one hour, which, given the amount of training by some of the team (Michael Ward did a bit of gardening!) was a fantastic effort.
