Details:
We first visited the Promenade Hotel in Easter 2007, but had to postpone our 2008 booking due to the hotel being refurbished. However, we are delighted to say that we have again booked for Easter 2009. The hotel has excellent facilities with ceiling hoists and electric beds, and mobile hoists and ripple mattresses are available on request. There is lift access to the first floor. Three of the rooms are on the second floor and not wheelchair accessible, but would be very suitable for families with younger boys.
During the weekend we will have an Easter Egg Hunt and there is a local steam railway that we plan to visit.

Costs
Subsidised by the Duchenne Family Support Group, the holiday will cost approximately £70 per person for the whole weekend, half board, and for children aged 12 years and under approximately £62. The exact charges will be notified to those families who make a booking, once the hotel sets their tariff for 2009.

How to Book
If you would like to book places at the New Years party please download the booking form (PDF) and print, then return the slip with your deposit cheque for £30 (payable to DFSG) to the address at the top right of the booking form as soon as possible but at the latest by Monday, 26 January 2009. The remaining amount will be payable by no later than Monday, 9 March 2009.
