Beaulieu day out - 23rd August 2014

Neaulie Motor MuseumJoin us for a great day out at the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, Hampshire, http://www.beaulieu.co.uk/.  Wheelchair access is good - only the monorail being inaccessible to wheelchair users. Meet us at the picnic site at 12 noon if appropriate then free time to browse the attractions.

Beaulieu is in Brockenhurst, Hampshire; the postcode is SO42 7ZN but follow brown signs when you get close. See www.beaulieu.co.uk – click on ‘plan your visit’ then ‘getting here’ for travel directions. The Motor Museum and motor exhibitions are accessible and most of the grounds are OK for manual or power chairs with plenty of paths, although they warn that some of the paths are gravel.
Beaulieu will be open from 10.00 to 6.00 and your tickets will be sent to you beforehand so you can turn up whenever you like. Feel free to meet with others or do your own thing! If you would like to meet for a picnic at lunchtime, we will be at the picnic area between 12.00 and 1.00 (19 on the Beaulieu map, close to the Abbey – you can download the map from the Beaulieu website and they will give you a free copy when you arrive).

Prices are: adults £10, carers free, children/young people aged 5-17 £5, under 5s free.
